Each venture had unique audiences and business models — from subscription-based fitness (Gymondo), to lifestyle e-commerce (Valmano, Department47), to high-frequency pet retail (Petobel).
The goal: align all teams under one growth methodology, one data layer, and one learning rhythm.
Strategy — Creating the Growth Operating System
- Designed a multi-venture growth framework covering all acquisition and retention channels:
SEA/PPC, Display, Affiliate, Price Search Engines (PSE), Social Ads, Native, CRM & Email. - Defined shared KPIs, tracking standards, and reporting dashboards for cross-venture visibility.
- Established testing cadences (hypothesis → experiment → KPI review → scale) to drive learning velocity.
- Built a central RTB (Real-Time Bidding) infrastructure to unify media buying efficiency.
Operations — Scaling Execution Across Ventures
- Set up, launched, and optimized multi-channel campaigns with a unified experimentation process.
- Implemented audience segmentation and creative testing at scale — reducing CAC and improving ROAS consistency across ventures.
- Established weekly growth reviews with venture teams to align goals, performance, and next-step experiments.
