- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads & Meta: restructure accounts, tighten naming/UTMs, build audiences, and run an always-on testing plan (keywords, bids, creatives, landing pages).
- Creative & offer testing system: rapid iterations on hooks, formats, and messaging; sync ad concepts with landing pages to lift CVR and ROAS.
- CRO program: funnel analysis (Analytics + heatmaps), checkout friction fixes, hypothesis backlog, A/B tests on sign-up/lead flows
- Tracking & data foundations: measurement plan in GA4/GTM, pixel hygiene, event & conversion schema, consent-safe setup, and QA.
- Reporting & decision support: self-serve dashboards for leadership (spend, CAC/ROAS, trials/leads, payback), weekly insights, and budget pacing alerts
Outcome: faster test velocity, cleaner data, and a site relaunch without tracking/SEO losses—supporting lower CAC, stronger ROAS, and more qualified trials/memberships.
