Recap of what I do
- Growth marketing strategy: define goals/OKRs, ICPs and funnels; build a prioritized roadmap and testing plan that ties activities to acquisition and activation.
- Channel strategy & budget split: map the channel mix (PPC, paid social, display, SEO/content, CRM); model scenarios, pace budgets weekly, and shift spend to winners.
- Cross-channel communication strategy: messaging architecture, offer frames, and sequencing so ads, email, and site tell one story; frequency & audience governance to avoid overlap.
- Paid & organic campaigns (create → launch → optimize): keyword/audience builds, creatives & landing pages, iterative A/B tests, SEO content ops, and always-on optimization loops.
- Tracking & reporting: GA4/GTM measurement plan, pixels/UTMs and consent-safe setup; dashboards for CAC/ROAS, lead quality, funnel conversion; weekly insights & actions.
- Knowledge transfer: playbooks, training sessions, and office hours so in-house teams can run, read, and improve the program independently.
Outcome: a clear growth plan, smarter budget allocation, consistent cross-channel messaging, measurable campaign improvements, and a team enabled to sustain results.
